we are very machmir and make sure to do bein at any possible time these are the rules 1. no less than 3 times a day 2. until you are flat on you face and cant get up 3. only on good ukranian mashke 4. never by yourself 5. if you have no mashke at any specific time you must buy some "never go dry" 6. "no more than four
